
This is a weekly Zoom yoga class focused on a flow for the whole body with student's needs and requests. Poses will range from beginner to intermediate. A fun class to do with family & friends who love yoga and movement.

An annual favorite! Outdoor patio yoga in the city. Enjoy practicing outside and socializing with friends afterward. Bring your own mat & a friend. This is a vinyasa based class geared towards all levels & is weather dependent. Length 45-55 minutes. Flavored fizzy waters for all afterward. Email me directly for more details.

A weekly Tuesday night class to relax the body & mind. This 1 hour session includes a blend of hatha, yin & restorative poses using props. Gentle stretching and breath practices also regularly included.
